#sneakytip Well done for looking through the description. No one does that anymore! The October 31st deadline is for anybody that is preparing their own tax returns needs to have this lodged with For anyone with a good record with the ATO, you need to be officially on a tax agents list by this date so they ATO somebody is sorting it. (By good record I mean in the past few years have lodged and paid their tax on time) For anyone with a bad record (opposite of good record above) needs to have the tax returns lodged by 31 October even if they are using a tax agent.
